- 117 cm. Lack casque, yellowish ivory bill with row of vertical dark ridge
on upper mandible, bright blue orbital skin and bright orange-red gular
pouch, white tippe of outer primaries and black tail-base Male : bright
rufous head, neck and underpart. Female : head, neck and underparts
black.

- Evergreen forest 600-1,500 m.
